Getting Started Overview Information Guide -> Email Address Assignment


Texada SRM software provides the ability to use email for reporting and communication, for users, salesmen, staff, customers, suppliers, contacts, etc.

Note: Refer to Company Email Configuration for information on the Email setup and the "Acceptable Email Address Formats".

Some of the tables that can be setup with email information include:

Operator Codes - is required for emailing and for the Logic Platform and is also displayed in Associated Operators as well as the Email Search

Operator Codes - window on E-Mail Address field to access:

oAlternate E-Mail Address -used exclusively for Open Client authentication

o'From E-Mail Address' -used to send emails from a distribution list by branch or functional area, instead of sending from the personal address. This is activated when the Alternate "From" Address Support is checked in the SMTP Configuration tab of the Company Email Configuration.

Salesman Codes - used in Customer Follow Up and in Automatic Job Scheduling for CMFE02 for reporting, and in the Portal

Division Follow Up Auto Email - used in Customer Follow Up and in Automatic Job Scheduling for CMFE02 for reporting
 

Customer Information - in both Internet Information window for Subscribed Reports and Contacts used for document mailings

Site Information - in Contacts window used for document mailings

Vendor Information - in both Additional Information window, and Contacts used for document mailings

Contacts can be maintained in Export/Import Contacts

Company Miscellaneous Parameters - Email Configuration as default

Rental Utilization Report Setup - Utilization Report Email Addresses

Failed Data Capture Email List for Dollar/Time utilization cronjob "snapshots" RSDU01, RSTU01 & RSTU02 from Automatic Job Scheduling

Automatic Reporting - Email window for each report output

Delivery/Pickup Parameters - for Will Call Email Address to alert staff of customer picking up equipment requirement

Portal Customers - for customer request confirmation

Global Portal Settings - by Division and Company default, for Quote & Reservation requests notification
