Estimated Billing Report - API

API Name: TX_WS_ESTIMATED_BILLING

Overview:
 This report returns the estimated Rental billing of open contracts for a customer/site (or all sites).

•This is the exposed task which will basically call the cycle billing for a contract/site.

•This processing will ignore restricted views.

•All contracts due to be billed will be reported.

•Only rental items will be billed.

INPUT PARAMETERS:

 

   Parameter          Default Value         Comment

 

    T_TOKEN                                  Token ID which would have been provided when the user calls "TK_WS_LOGIN" web service.

                                             This is the standard method of getting a web service token id.

                                             Once acquired, then this token id can be used for all texada web services.

 

    T_CUST_N                                 9-Char customer number

 

    T_SITE_N                                 6-Char customer site number, or "ALL" for all sites.

 

    T_BILL_DATE                              Date to bill open contracts to.   Format: YYYYMMDD

 

    T_BILL_TIME                              Time to bill open contracts to.  Format: HHMMSS

 

OUTPUT PARAMETERS:
