Narrow or Wide Paper?

When printing a report and the output records contain a lot of information, the program provides the print format option Narrow Or Wide Paper? (N/W).
 Select the printing mode according to the carriage size of your printer.

When N for narrow is selected, the printer will switch from normal (standard) to condensed letter size if required, allowing a wide report or list to print on 8 1/2" x 11" paper.
 The default is N for narrow, in recognition of the majority of our clients' narrow carriage printers.

When W for wide is selected, the report will print using normal-sized print designed for 14" x 11" paper.

Note: The printer control codes that enable the printer to switch from normal to condensed printing can be setup in System-Wide Printers.
