Update Duty/Brokerage and Freight

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This utility can be used to setup the Duty/Brokerage and Freight percentages for selected Vendors by currency.
 This utility can be accessed from the Utilities menu for Accounts Payable operations.

These percentages are stored in Vendor Information.
