When Credit Card information or Electronic Check is captured, it is saved in the Customer Credit Cards table accessed from the "Additional Information" window of Customer Information.

With Texada Pay, Credit Cards or Direct Deposit Checks can only be entered in the Capture Card/Check on File utility if they are to be saved to be used later for future payments by the customer.

Without Texada Pay any Credit Card that is used by the customer is also saved in the Customer Credit Cards.

Search Results:
The search result reflects the Card & Check information based on the function that called for the Search.

The Texada Pay 'Select Card or Check' On File lists only cards or only checks saved with a 'Payer ID' on file for the customer.

A basic Credit Card search lists all cards for this Credit Card company (e.g. Visa, Amex, etc) that have been setup for the customer.

The information displayed includes the masked Card# where only the last few digits of the card/check are retained and XXX's mask Checks and ***'s mask Credit Cards.
The Name on the Card, the Expiry Date, and the Payer ID are also displayed.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
