Exceeded Rental Value Limit

This warning information window is triggered when a rental product is added to a rental document, and the replacement value of the equipment as defined in Rental Inventory, causes the total of the value of the customer's current rentals to exceed his Rental Value Limit as defined in the Customer Information .

The window displays the following:

•Customer information including customer number, name, and Rental Value Limit.

•Product information that the customer wants to rent, including the product number, description, quantity, conversion factor, replacement cost.

•Customer's current rental information, including the current total value on rent, the additional value of the new rental, the total rental value with the new rental, and the percent that this would put the customer over his limit.
