Accounts Receivable Menu -> Customer Site Information -> Additional Site Information -> 'Sent Preliminary Lien Notice' icon -> Preliminary Notice

The details of a lien and the card number information can be tracked by site, as follows:

CARD #

Enter the card number issued for this lien.

DOCUMENT #

Enter the document number to track the lien.

RECEIVED DATE

Enter the date of the lien.

Expanded Record

Click the EXP/CON button or press <F9> to expand the record and to enter the Contact Name and Phone#.
