Select Salesman Codes


Search window -> 'Salesman Code, ALL, or SEL' filter -> SEL option -> Salesman Selection


This search window can be used to define the salesman codes to be reflected in the report or spreadsheet output and can present in two different ways depending on the program that triggered it.

1.Salesman Code List presentation:
 All the salesman codes setup in the Salesman Codes table are listed in code order, with the Salesman Code, Name, and an Include checkbox.

Check any salesman codes that should be included in the output.
 Uncheck any salesman codes that should not be included.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Select Salesman Codes selection screen include:

oCheck the Include Box for all Salesman Codes:
 Click SET ALL to flag each code in this window to be included in the output.
 Specific salesmen can then be unchecked as required.

oRemove the Check from the Include Box for all Salesman Codes:
 Click CLEAR ALL to remove the Include flag for each code.
 Specific salesmen can then be re-checked as required.

2.Salesman Code Selection presentation:
 This search utility window can be used to manually build a list of salesman codes to be reflected in the report or output.
 Multiple salesman records can be listed.
 Delete any salesman not required.
 The prompts include:

SEQ#

The sequence number tracks the records in the file.
 

SALESMAN

Enter the salesman code or select it from the drop-down box as setup in Salesman Codes.

DESCRIPTION

The salesman name displays.
