Site Managers
System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> General Settings -> Site Managers
Managers setup in the Site Managers window on the Customer Management tab of the Configure System Settings with code or initials and name, can be associated with each site in Customer Site Information.
Site Managers are useful with the Job Costing feature as outlined in the Job Costing Overview.
An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Customer Management - Site Managers in order to access this table.
The prompts are:
SEQ#
The sequence number is used to track the number of site manager codes in the file.
CODE
Enter a code of a maximum of 10 characters.
The site manager's initials can be used.
NAME
Use a maximum of 30 characters for the site manager's name.
ACTIONS:
Additional actions provided by buttons on the Site Managers screen include:
•Delete A Site Manager:
Click the DELETE button and select the manager name to be deleted from the drop-down list, and click ACCEPT to confirm the record should be deleted.
If the Site Manager is not in use the manager is deleted and the remaining managers are re-displayed.
A warning will be displayed if the Site Manager is still assigned to any site, a VIEW button is provided to see any associated customers and sites.
The manager's name must be removed or changed for each of these sites before the site manager record can be deleted.
