Portal Access Count

Portal Management -> Customer Access -> Portal Customers -> Portal Access Count

This window is triggered if the number of customers to be given access to the Portal in Portal Customers exceeds the Total Available Licenses count.

The information includes:

AVAILABLE LICENSES

This is the number of Portal licenses that has been purchases.

NUMBER OF USED LICENSES

This is the number of customers that have already been given access to the Portal.
 A window is provided to view the list of customer numbers and names.
