Profile Codes
System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> Customer Contact -> Profile Codes
The Profile Codes are sub-categories that can be setup within the Profile Classes to further categorize customers.
Multiple codes may be setup for each class.
An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Customer Management - Profile Codes in order to access this table.
Refer to Customer Contact Management Overview for further details on this module.
The prompts are:
PROFILE CLASS
Enter the Profile Class or select one from the drop-down box as setup in Profile Classes.
SEQ
Accept the next sequence number automatically assigned for this record.
Multiple codes can be setup per class.
CODE
Enter a Code category up to 5 characters.
DESCRIPTION
Enter the description for this Code up to 30 characters.
Finished?
Click ACCEPT when the codes are completed.
ACTIONS:
Additional actions provided by buttons on the Profile Code screen include:
•Delete a Profile Class:
Click the DELETE button and select the Profile Code to be deleted as outlined in Delete A Profile Code.
Confirmation is required.
When a Profile Code is deleted from this table, all reference will also be removed for all customers from the Customer Profile Information.
