Delete A Profile Code

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> Customer Contact -> Profile Codes -> DELETE -> Delete A Profile Code

Profile codes are setup in Profile Codes.
 Use this utility to delete a code when it is no longer required and also to remove all references to this code from the customer profiles.
 The prompts are:

PROFILE CLASS

Enter the class or select one from the drop-down list.

PROFILE CODE

Enter the code to be deleted or select one from the drop-down list.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to complete the delete process, or CANCEL to abort.

If the code is deleted from this table all reference to this code will be removed from the customer profiles in Customer Profile Information and from the Default Profile Codes table for customer Types.
