Set Dates

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Accounting Tab -> General Ledger -> Date Range Control -> SET DATES button -> Set Dates

This program is useful during Start-Up to set the first date ranges for the programs, and is accessed by clicking on the SET DATES button in Date Range Control.
 All programs will be set to the same date range.

For more flexibility between modules, Date Range Control can then be used to adjust dates for relevant modules.

The prompts are:

FROM DATE

Type in the beginning of the current month, or period start date.

TO DATE

Type in the end of the current month or period end date.

For more flexibility, use a 2 month period or 45 days.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to accept and exit, or click the CANCEL button to abort.

All modules have now been set to the same dates.
 Use Date Range Control to adjust dates for specific modules.
