Summarized G/L Account Inquiry

Utilities Menu -> General Ledger -> Posted G/L Summary Reporting -> Summarized G/L Account Inquiry

This menu option provides a detailed inquiry of the data records Posted in Summary to the G/L.
 Select one of the following two approaches to view the data:

•Select Account Number to view the transactions for a specific account.
 The format is similar to G/L Account Inquiry.

•Select Transaction to view the postings for multiple accounts in a transaction range in Summarized G/L Account Inquiry by Transaction.
 The format is similar to G/L Account Inquiry by Transaction.

Note: The option to post to the G/L in summary is no longer available, and this inquiry is meant for use only by customers that have summarized G/L data in a prior software release.
