Specify Rate Code Order for Import

Utilities Menu -> System Maintenance -> Data Import -> Products

Utilities Menu -> System Maintenance -> Data Import -> Export Template with data for Rental Groups / Rental Products

The spreadsheet provides the ability to set a specific rates before it is saved as a "tab-delimited" file.
 If the products require a different rate structure, this window can be used to remap and over-ride the column headings, assigning the columns to represent different rates.

Blank out the Code column for any rate levels that should not be included.
 Columns can also be re-assigned.

Note: If a Code is already listed, it must be blanked out first before it can be re-assigned.
