Bill of Materials Re-Order Report

Inventory Control Menu -> Manufacturing Receiving -> BOM REORDER RPT button -> Bill of Materials Re-Order Report

This report can be printed by manufactured product in Summary or in Detail, to a report or to a spreadsheet.

•The Summary lists the sales products that can be manufactured by product number, with the vendor product number, description, quantity On Hand, On Order, Committed (On Contract plus on Sales Order) and the number of pieces which respects the recursive option.

•The Detailed report lists the sales products that can be manufactured with components and component quantities available and quantities required in building that manufactured product.
 The number of manufactured pieces and the component units count, respect the recursive option.

Recursive option:

When parts used in the Bill of Materials have to be built first themselves, the option to reflect the component recursive quantities is provided on the detailed re-order output.
 This means with the recursive option, if the part is also a component, both quantities are reflected in the units and number of pieces count.

Note: If a part is both a manufactured product and a component, and a product selection filter is used for the report, a product may be included in the list even if it appears to be outside the product selection range.
