Outstanding Transfers Found

Counter Menu -> Reservations -> CONVERT button -> Convert Reservation to a Contract -> Outstanding Transfers Found

This information window is triggered in Convert Reservation to a Contract when the Reservation includes products that require Internal Branch Transfers to fill the quantity requirements, based on the "Regional Reservation Processing" feature activated in the Divisional Inventory Parameters, and those transfers to the Reservation location are not completed.
 The Reservation cannot be converted to a Contract until the product transfers are completed and so the convert to contract action is aborted.

The information displayed includes:

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the records in the table.

TRANSFER

This is the transfer number that was created and can be reviewed in Internal Branch Transfers, to move the product from its source location to the reservation location.

FROM

This is the source location that needs to ship the product.

PRODUCT NO

The product number is displayed.

DESCRIPTION

The product description is displayed.

QUANTITY

The total quantity of this product on this transfer is displayed.

SHIPPED

The product quantity that has been entered as shipped from the source location in Ship Internal Transfers is displayed.

RECEIVED

The product quantity that has been entered as received in the target location in Receive Internal Transfers is displayed.
 The reservation cannot be converted to a contract until all the quantity has been received at the reservation location.

Finished?

Click OK to exit the information window.
 The convert action is aborted until the transfers are complete.
