System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> System -> Company & Divisions -> Company Parameters -> Invoice Parameters -> 'Allow On Account Security Roles' window -> Assigned Security Roles

This utility can be used to list and update the Security Roles that have access to this module, menu option, or action.
 All Security Roles are listed and an Active check box is provided to check appropriated roles for permission to access that module, option, or feature.

•When setting passwords in Module Passwords only operators assigned these roles in Operators can access the module without entering the password.
 Operators in a role that does not have access to the module will be required to enter the password, to over-ride the restriction.

If no Roles are set, then no operators will be able to access the module without the password.

•When defining security access to modules and menus in Security Roles only the roles that are checked as Active have access to the menu.
