Time Sheets -> Time Sheet Utilities -> Move Time Sheets/Clock to History

This utility can be used to move old completed Time Sheet/Clock records to history.
 This speeds up Time Sheet/Clock processing.
 Records that have been moved to history can be viewed in View Entered Hours - History.
