Daily Close #1 Freeze Option

Utilities Menu -> Backoffice -> Daily Close #1 Freeze Option

Using this utility, a set time can be entered to freeze Daily Close 1.
 This prevents the Daily Close 1 from being run each day after this time.
 If a freeze time is entered here, the Daily Close 1 is frozen each day after the set time until 12:00 midnight. The following day, it can then only be run after Daily Close 2 has been run to release the freeze status.

When entering a time, use the 24 hour clock.
 e.g. 7:30 pm would be entered as 1930

Leave the freeze time blank if no freeze is required.

Note: This freeze option can also be set from within the Company Daily Close Parameters.
