Reset Cycle Billing Flags

The Cycle Billing Edit program is designed to be run by one person at a time per division/location.
 If your company bills by division, set the prompt in the Company Billing Parameters to Bill Contracts by Division. This allows different branches to generate these billings simultaneously.
 If a second person in the same division tries to bill, a warning will appear on the screen preventing the second user from proceeding. The software knows to warn the second person, by checking the Cycle Billing flag, which is set internally when the first person accesses the Cycle Billing Edit program.

If for some reason, such as improper software shutdown, the first person does not exit the Cycle Billing Edit program normally, then the Cycle Billing flag will not be reset automatically, to allow the next person to run the Cycle Billing Edit programs. The flag must be reset before proceeding.

Before using this utility to reset the Cycle Billing flag, check all other work stations and their multi-screens, to ensure that no one else is using the Cycle Billing for this division.
 Click YES to proceed with resetting the internal flag and continue with the Cycle Billing Edit programs.

If the Company Billing Parameters indicates to cycle bill by division, the prompt to Enter Division To Reset appears.
 After confirming that no one is using the Cycle Billing, enter the Division to reset and click YES to proceed with resetting the internal flag to continue with the Cycle Billing Edit programs.
