Contract In/Out Report

Counter Menu -> Reports -> Contract Reports -> Contract In/Out Report

Reports Menu -> Automatic Reporting -> Function RSCH45 -> runs Contract In/Out Report

This report lists all Contracts by location that went OUT in the selected date range, and all Contracts by location that came IN in the selected date range.
 The current product status, type of delivery or pickup, site and site name are also included for each contract record.

The Contract In/Out Report can be setup to be run automatically with the spreadsheet output results emailed to staff, by setting up RSCH45 with the relevant filters and email addresses in the Automatic Reporting.

The selection prompts are:

FROM DATE

Accept today's date or type in a preferred starting date.

TO DATE

Accept today's date or type in a preferred ending date.

ALL LOCATIONS

Check this box to include all locations.

Uncheck this box to generate the report for a single location.

LOCATION

Enter a specific location or select one from the drop-down list.

NEW PAGE PER LOCATION

Check this box to print the contracts for each Location on a new page.
 Uncheck this box to prevent paging by Location.

LOCATION TOTALS ONLY

Check this box to only print the totals including totals for each location and totals for the report.
 Uncheck this box to print the details for each location, including Contract #, Customer Name, Date Out, Date Due, and Status, as well as the location and report totals.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
 Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
