Contract Services Selection


Counter Menu -> Delivery & Pickups -> Delivery Console / Pickup Console -> CREATE / CLOSE buttons -> Create Delivery Ticket / Create Pickup Ticket / Close Delivery Ticket / Close Pickup Ticket -> Services window ->


The window can be triggered in Delivery and Pickup Tickets depending on how the Add Service on Ticket flag is set in the Divisional Delivery/Pickup Parameters.

Additional Contract services as setup in Services Codes can be added for billing.
 The Services Codes define where the charge is expensed in the General Ledger.

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the service records selected.

SERVICE

Enter the service code to be added or select one from the Service Search window.

DESCRIPTION

The Contract service description displays.

QTY

Enter the quantity.
 This field may be skipped if it does not apply to the service.

EACH

Accept the unit price for this service, or enter the correct price.

EXTENDED

The extended amount displays on the screen.
 QTY * EACH = EXTENDED.

NOTES

Enter any Notes related to this service.

P

Check this box to print these notes on the Delivery ticket and on the contract.
 Uncheck this box if these notes are information only, and should not print on the ticket or contract.

Expand Key

Click the EXP/CON button to access the tax information fields.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT to accept the services or CANCEL to abort
