Print Contract Exchange Slip

Counter Menu -> Exchanges Menu -> Print Contract Exchange Slip

Counter Menu -> Exchanges Menu -> Print Customer Exchange Slip -> Contract option -> Print Contract Exchange Slip

This option can be used to re-print product exchange slips by contract that were created in Exchange by Contract.
 Similarly Print Customer Exchange Slip can be used to re-print product exchange slips that were created in Exchanges By Customer.

The prompts are:

EXCHANGE TYPE

Select one of the following types of exchange:

•Select Customer to switch to the Print Customer Exchange Slip to select the exchange to print by customer.

•Select Contract to continue using this utility to select and print the exchange slip.

Contract Exchange Selection
 If the Exchange Type is by 'Contract' the following selection prompts include:

CONTRACT#

Select the contract from the Contract Search window.

EXCHANGE#

Then select the exchange number for the contract from the Exchange Transaction Search window.
