Print Customer Exchange Slip

Counter Menu -> Exchanges Menu -> Print Customer Exchange Slip

Counter Menu -> Exchanges Menu -> Print Contract Exchange Slip -> Customer option -> Print Customer Exchange Slip

This option can be used to re-print product exchange slips by customer that were created in Exchanges By Customer.
 Similarly Print Contract Exchange Slip can be used to re-print product exchange slips by contract that were created in Exchange by Contract.

The prompts are:

EXCHANGE TYPE

Select one of the following types of exchange:

•Select Customer to continue using this utility to select and print the exchange slip.

•Select Contract to switch to the Print Contract Exchange Slip to select the exchange to print by contract.

Customer Exchange Selection
 If the Exchange Type is by 'Customer' the following selection prompts include:

CUSTOMER#

Select the customer from the Accounting Customer Search window.

CUSTOMER EXCHANGE#

Then select the exchange number for the customer from the Customer Exchange Search window.
