Group Listing

Inventory Control Menu -> Reports -> Group Listing

This Product Group report lists the groups setup in Groups with the primary Product Class, and the Rates and Availability flags.

The R (Rental) or S (Sales) assigned to each record refers to the type of Product Class associated with the Group even though the Group could contain both types of products.

The prompts to generate the report include:
 

FROM PRODUCT GROUP

Leave this field blank to include all groups, or enter a starting Group number, or look up a group in the Group Search window.

TO PRODUCT GROUP

Leave this field blank to include all groups, or enter an ending Group number, or select an ending group from the window.

SORT ORDER

Select one of the following sort options for the output:

•Click Description to print the Groups alphabetically by description.

•Click Group # to print the Groups in sequence by Group number.

•Click Class to print the Groups in Product Class number order.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
 Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
