SCS - Change Location Quantity to 1 For Non-Bulk Rentals

This is a Texada Support maintenance utility that is not on a standard menu.

This utility resets the location quantity(RSIL) to one (1), for all rental products identified in Rental Inventory as Non-Bulk items, that have been invoiced at least once.
 This is a useful program at start-up after a software conversion, to help sort out product quantities for the Non-Bulk items.

The location that will retain the quantity will be the location last invoiced.
