Utilities Menu -> Inventory Control -> Update On Hand Quantity by Product# -> On Hand window -> View Inventory Quantity Changes

This screen displays any changes in quantities for the specific product at a specific location, as follows:

PRODUCT#

The product number and primary description display.

DIVISION

The product location for the report displays.

FROM DATE

A starting date can be set for the report.

TO DATE

An ending date can be set for the report.

Resulting Quantity Change Records:
 The date and time, the old quantity, new quantity, type of change, related document number and document date, are all displayed for each occurrence of a change in quantity.

Click the EXP/CON button to view the function information and the operator who processed the change.

The Document Type represents the action that caused the quantity change.
 Following is an explanation of some of the codes reflected in the Type field and in the Function name field:

 INWL - WAREHOUSE RECEIVING BY LOCATION
 INWR - WAREHOUSE RECEIVING
 OEOH - SALES ORDER
 RBSH - SPLIT BILLING
 RMAH - RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION
 RSBR - EXTERNAL BRANCH RECEIPTS
 RSBX - EXTERNAL BRANCH TRANSFERS
 RSCY - CYLINDER INVOICE
 RSEX - EXCHANGE
 RSIA - INVENTORY ADJUSTMENT (used in multiple places so refer to Expanded record for Program)
 RSIH - COUNTER or MANUFACTURING INVOICE
 RSIL - INVENTORY LOCATIONS QTY ADJUSTMENTS
