Job Location Search

Search window -> Job Location field -> Job Location Search

The Job Location Search window can be set to display only event locations for the document site or to also display locations for Global Sites, as follows:

•If Enforce Event Code By Site is activated in the Company Rate Parameters then only Event Job locations for the Site on the document are displayed, as setup in Customer Site Information.
 Job Locations can be added for a Site 'on-the-fly' at document entry if required.

•If Enforce Event Code By Site is NOT activated per the Company Rate Parameters then any Global locations also display as setup in Global Job Locations, as well as the Event locations for the specific customer site.
 Locations cannot be added 'on-the-fly'.

Search Results:
 The list of location records can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
 Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

Locations that have specific instructions are identified by a check mark in the Instructions column.
 To view these instructions, highlight the location record and click on the INSTRUCTIONS button at the bottom of the dialogue box, to view the Job Location Instructions.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
