Select Suggested Sales Items

Counter / Order Entry Menu -> Customer Documents -> Select Suggested Sales Items

The products in the selected SSL (Suggested Sales List) display with Product Numbers, Descriptions, SSL Quantity, Charge Status, Discount %, and Available Quantity as defined in Suggested Sales List, along with the product List Price for the customer on the document.
 The prompts are:

SUGGESTED SALES LIST

The SSL number and description are displayed for reference, as setup in Suggested Sales List.

PRODUCT NUMBER

The primary product information from the document, that is linked to this SSL is displayed.

Suggested Sales List Details:

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the records in this table.

PRODUCT#

The product number for the Suggested Sales List item is displayed.

SELECT

This value defaults from the SSL as setup in Suggested Sales List, and can be changed as required.

Check this box to add this item to the document.
 Uncheck this box if this item should not be included on the document.

DESCRIPTION

The product description displays as it will print on the document.
 Alternate customer language is respected.

Security:
 If the operator has been given Security Role Permissions in the Document Access Fields to change product descriptions in document entry, this product description can be over-typed if required.

QUANTITY

Accept the default quantity per this SSL, or type in the correct quantity.

CHARGE

This value defaults from the SSL as setup in Suggested Sales List, and can be changed as required.

Uncheck this box if this product is not billable when it is part of an SSL.
 Check this box if there should be a charge for this product.

DISC %

Accept the discount percent that defaults from the SSL, or type in the correct discount.

AVAILABLE

The current quantity available is displayed.

LIST PRICE

The list price that is displayed respects the 'Special Pricing' by Price Codes for the customer and for the Divisions, but does not reflect any Sales discounts given to the customer's per the document header.

Finished?

When the items are selected from the SLL with the correct quantity, and pricing information, click OK to accept the product selection and exit the Suggested Sales List window returning to the document.
