Lease Billing Inquiry

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This inquiry can be used to look up the invoice numbers created from the Lease Billing for a selected lease.

The invoice numbers, can then be used in other programs to determine specific details about the billing.
 Invoices can be reprinted using Print Invoices.

The prompts are:

LEASE #

Type in the desired lease number.

BILLING DATE

Leave this field blank to include all invoices for this lease, or type in a beginning billing date.
 All invoices dated after this date will display.

Resulting List of Leases:

LEASE #

The lease number will display.

INVOICE #

The invoice number will display.

DATE

The invoice date will display.

LOCATION

Either CURRENT or HISTORY will display.
 If CURRENT displays, then the invoice has not been posted with the Daily Close.
 If HISTORY displays, then the invoice has been posted and resides in Invoice History.

AMOUNT

The total amount of the invoice will display.

TOTAL BILLINGS

The total of all invoices billed for this lease will display.
