Rental Availability By Group

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This program applies only to Non-Bulk Rental products. It produces a listing by Group, for a selected interval of days, of the Total Quantity and the Quantity Available in the group.
 The total quantity is calculated according to the Fixed Asset Tag information.

The prompts are:

FROM PRODUCT GROUP

Enter the starting Group for the range, or press <F4> and select it from the window.

TO PRODUCT GROUP

Enter the ending Group for the range, or press <F4> and select it from the window.

FROM DATE

Press <ENTER> to accept the current month start, or enter a starting date for the report.

TO DATE

Press <ENTER> to accept today's date, or enter an ending date for the report.

INTERVAL # OF DAYS

Enter the desired reporting interval in days.
 A record will be printed for each interval.

PRINT TO TEXT OR PRINTER

Press <ENTER> or P to Print the report on the selected printer.

Type T to send the data to a Text file. The text file does not include any titles or headings. It can be used in a spread sheet application.

FILENAME:

Enter a filename for the text file being created. Use up to 8 characters.
 The text file will be created in the data directory, and can be viewed in View A Text File .

NARROW OR WIDE PAPER

This applies only if the report is being Printed.
 Press <ENTER> or N to print the report on a Narrow carriage printer.
 Type W to print the report in a Wide carriage format.

ACCEPT or CANCEL

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer icon located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
