Reason Code Search

Search window -> Reason Code field ->

This search window can be used to view and select from a list of Over-ride Codes as defined on the Security tab of Configure System Settings in Over-ride Reason Codes .

Search Results:
 A list of all over-ride reason codes is displayed by code with description.
 

Note: When searching for an over-ride code for Time-Based Discounts, only codes assigned a type of PR are eligible to be included in the search list.
 Refer to Override Security for override codes and types.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
