Serial # Inquiry/Report By Date/Division

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This option lists the serialized sales parts either received or sold within the selected date range. It can be generated for all locations, a range of locations, or for a single location. The information is first displayed on the screen and then can be printed if a hard copy is required.
 The prompts are:

FROM DATE

Press <ENTER> to accept the date displayed, or type the preferred starting date for the range.
To include serial numbers with no received date, press the Space Bar and <ENTER> to start with a blank date.

TO DATE

Press <ENTER> to accept the today's date, or type the preferred ending date for the range.

BY DATE RECEIVED OR SOLD

Press <ENTER> or R to display serialized sales parts that were Received into inventory within this time frame.
 Type S to display serialized sales parts that were Sold within this time frame.

FROM PRODUCT #

Press <ENTER> for all serialized sales products, or type in a beginning product number, or press <F4> to select one from the window.

TO PRODUCT #

Press <ENTER> for all serialized sales products, or type in an ending product number, or press <F4> to select one from the window.

LOCATION, 'ALL' OR 'SEL'

•Press <ENTER> or type ALL to include all locations, in the inquiry/report.

•To generate the inquiry/report for a single location, press spacebar and <ENTER> for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code. Press <F4> to view and select from the valid divisions.

•Type SEL to select a range of locations to include in the display.

REGION Window

Press <ENTER> if regions do not apply, or <F4> to select a region from the window.
 The divisions for the region, and their descriptions list by sequence number. Use <F7> to delete any divisions not required. Press <F3> to accept the selection.

ENTER TO CONTINUE, / TO CANCEL

Press <ENTER> to display the serialized parts in the selected range.
 Type / to cancel.

Expanded record

In the paging screen, press <F9> to expand each product detail record to display the product Cost.

PRINT (Y/N)

A printer can be selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Press <ENTER> or N (NO) to suppress the printed report.
 Type Y (YES) to begin printing information displayed on the screen in a Serial Number report.
