Product Class List

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Accounting Tab -> Inventory -> Sales Product Classes/Rental Product Classes -> REPORT button -> Product Class List

This report lists the selected Product Classes with the G/L Accounts, Damage Waiver flag, tax codes, and tax code exempt on rental or sales flags.

The prompts are:

FROM PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all classes or type in the beginning product class, or select one from the Product Class Search window.

TO PRODUCT CLASS

Leave this field blank to include all classes or type in the ending product class, or select one from the window.

CLASS TYPE

Select one of the following class filter types:

•Select Rental to include only the Rental Product Classes.

•Select Sales to include only the Sales Product Classes.

•Select Both to include both rental and sales classes.

SORT ORDER

Select one of the following sorting options:

•Select Class Description to print the list of classes alphabetically.

•Select Class Number to print the list of classes by Product Class number or code.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
 Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?

Click the ACCEPT button to generate the report, or CANCEL to abort.
