List Product with No Make/Model Information

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This option can produce a list of sales parts and/or rental equipment that does not have Make/Model information setup in the Re-Order window in the product file.
 The information can then be added as required in Update Make/Model Info By Class.
 The prompts are:

DIVISION, "ALL", OR "SEL"

•Press <ENTER> to include products from ALL locations in the report.

•To print the report for products currently at a single location, press space and <ENTER> for the Head Office, or enter the specific location code.

•Type SEL to select a range of locations to include in the report.

REGION Window

Press <ENTER> if regions do not apply, or <F4> to select a region from the window.
 The locations for the region, and their descriptions list by sequence number. Use <F7> to delete any locations not required. <F3> to accept the selection.

FROM CLASS

Press <ENTER> for all products, or type in a beginning Product Class number, or press <F4> and select one from the window.

TO CLASS

Press <ENTER> for all products, or type in an ending Product Class number, or press <F4> and select one from the window.

RENTAL, SALES, OR BOTH

Enter R to include only the Rental equipment in the report list.
 Enter S to include only Sales parts in the report list.
 Enter B to include Both sales parts and rental equipment per the Product Class selection.

ACCEPT or CANCEL

A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
