Update Suggested Sales List by Product

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

After the Suggested Sales Lists (SSL) have been setup, use this option to quickly add the SSL's to your products. The SSL number assigned to a product here will update the Product File.

The products on the screen can be displayed by product number or by description.
 The prompts are:

SORT BY DESCRIPTION

Type Y (YES) to display the products alphabetically by description. The option to "Sort by Product#" is then skipped.
 Type N (NO) to chose the option to "Sort by Product#" instead.

STARTING DESCRIPTION

Type in the starting product description.

RENTAL OR SALE PRODUCT

Type R for Rental.
 Type S for Sale.

SORT BY PRODUCT #

Type Y (YES) to display the products on the screen in product number order, instead of in description order.

STARTING PRODUCT #

Enter the starting product number. Both rental equipment and sales parts are displayed.

ENTER 'Y' TO ACCEPT,/ TO CANCEL

Type Y (YES) to accept the screen selections, or / to cancel.

Product Selection display:

PRODUCT #

The products will list in the preferred order. The product # will display.

DESCRIPTION

The product description will display.

R/S

R for Rental equipment or S for Sales part displays.

SSL#

<F4> Type in the desired SSL number, or look up the SSL in the window. Leave blank for no SSL. This updates the Product File.

DESCRIPTION

The SSL description will display.
