Hourly Rate Codes

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Operations Tab -> General Settings -> Hourly Rate Codes

Rate codes can be maintained in the Hourly Rate Codes window in the "General Settings" on the Operations tab of the Configure System Settings.
 An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Operations - Hourly Rate Codes in order to access this table.

This file lists the Hourly Rate Codes and their descriptions for billing by Time Charge Operators.
 The prompts are:

SEQ

Accept the sequence number to track the records in the file.

CODE

Leave this field blank to create a general rate code to be used for the regular hourly rate.
 Multiple other Rate Code records may also be entered. The maximum Number of characters for a code is two.
 e.g. OT - Overtime, WO - Weekend Overtime

DESCRIPTION

Enter the description for this code, using up to 10 characters.
