Print Product Rates

Rental Document Printing -> Suppress Printing Dollar Amounts Charged on document -> Print Product Rates

When a single Worksheet, Reservation or a Contract is printed without printing the extensions and totals on the document, this option can provide the ability to still print the product rate structure for the individual rental equipment details on the document.

This option can be activated according to the document division by the Prompt to Print Rates when Suppressing Extensions in the "Print Settings" of the Divisional Contract Parameters.

Select one of:

•Select Print Rates to print the rate structures including special pricing and discounted rates, to be charged for equipment on this document.

•Select Do Not Print Rates to prevent any rate structures from being printed for equipment on this document.

•Select Print Standard Rates to print the standard rates for equipment on this document, regardless of special rates given.

The product rental rates that print on the Standard or Crystal contract form are controlled by the rate book flags set in Company Default Rates.
 The product rental rates that print on the Jasper contract form are controlled by the Print 1st 5 Rates On Counter Docs parameter in the Company Customer Forms.
