Reservation Summary and Totals

Counter Menu -> Reservations -> Reservation Details -> Reservation Summary

The Reservation Totals screen is displayed after the header is completed on the Reservation and the products have been listed on the Reservation Details screens.
 Services can be added, Deposits can be taken, and the Reservation can be printed or emailed.
 The print document default for Reservations is always yes, but this can be manually changed as required.
 The option to print a picking slip is provided as described in Reservation Picking Ticket

The [ESCAPE] key returns to the Reservation Details if additional changes are required.

The information in the Reservation Totals screen is similar to the Contract Summary and Totals with the following exceptions:

•Additional Deposit Required and Date Required By fields on the Reservation can be used to schedule deposits to be paid by the customer.
 Refer to the section on DEPOSITS & REMINDERS discussed on the Reservations section.

•Removal of the Create Delivery Ticket, FLAT RATE button, and the DMG WVR button, as these features are not relevant to Reservations.

•The Print and Email defaults are set in the 'Counter Document Default Flags' window of the Divisional Printing Parameters that can be over-typed on each document.

•Separate Print and Email defaults can also be set for the 'Reservation Pick Ticket' in the 'Counter Document Default Flags' window of the Divisional Printing Parameters that can be over-typed on each document.
