Create Asset Tags for Non-Bulk Rentals

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

This utility can be used to generate blank asset tags with an Active status and today as the "Date Acquired", for any Non-Bulk rental equipment that does not already have a tag.
 The option is provided to assign a depreciation class to the tag and also to update the inventory flag.

A report is first generated listing the equipment to be updated and the new tags.
