Delete Fixed Asset Tag

Utilities Menu -> Inventory Control -> Delete Fixed Asset Tag

This utility can be used to delete blank fixed asset tags, which were created accidentally.
 There must be no quantity or book value on the tag, before it can be deleted and the tag number must be known to be deleted.
 A check is performed that the Tag is not in use before it can be deleted.
 To access the tag information to make corrections, use Rental Inventory.

A transaction is written to the deletion log that can be viewed Delete Log, under function name RSRI95.
 The tag number displays as the Deleted Key information. This also tracks the date and the operator that deleted the tag.
