Utilities Menu -> Inventory Control -> Update Product Costs & Prices -> Markup% column window -> Markup Based on Margin Calculator

This window can be used to enter a desired Margin Amount to be used to calculate the Markup %.
 The Margin is calculated as a percent of the (Sale Price less Cost) divided by Sale Price.

The markup percentage can then be used to calculate the List Price based on the Last P.O. Cost field.
