Update Safety Notes By Prod#

** This utility is under development and is not yet available. **

After the Safety Notes have been setup, use this option to quickly add Safety Notes to relevant products. The prompts are:

STARTING PRODUCT #

Type in the starting product number, or press <F4> and select a starting Sale or Rental product.

Middle of the Screen:
 The products will list in product # order.

PROD NUMBER

The product # will display.

DESCRIPTION

The product description will display.

SAFETY NOTES

Press <F4> to view existing Safety Notes. Multiple notes may be assigned to a product.

SEQ#

A sequence number is assigned to each Safety Note.
 Safety Notes can be added or deleted from the product.

NOTE#

Enter the Safety Note code, or press <F4> to look up the Safety Notes in the window.

DESCRIPTION

The Safety Note description will display.

Finished?

Press ACCEPT Key to close the window and accept the Safety Notes for this product.

Finished?

Press ACCEPT Key to save the changes and restart.
