Assign Sets to Owners

Reports Menu -> Reporting Sets Menu -> Assign Sets to Owners

After the sets are established by product, class, or group in Reporting Sets and owners have been setup in Set ID Owners, the sets can be assigned to these Owner IDs as follows:

OWNER

Enter the Owner ID or select one from the drop-down list as setup in Set ID Owners.

Set Details:

SET ID

Enter the Set or select one from the Reporting Sets Search window.
 Multiple sets can be listed for each owner.

DESCRIPTION

The corresponding set description displays.

Finished?

When all the sets have been added for this owner, click ACCEPT to accept the list.

Various utilization and revenue reports, can be generated by Owner ID by using the SEL option at the Reporting Set, ALL, or SEL prompt in the report selection screens.
