This email table applies only to failed jobs for Dollar/Time Utilization reporting.

A message can be generated for any rental equipment utilization cronjobs that fail or that did not complete on the previous day, provided that the cronjob process is activated and the RSTU04 is setup to run from Automated Job Scheduling.
 This alert can be emailed automatically to the addresses included in this table.

The email components include:

•The subject line of the email sent when one on the Utilization jobs fails includes the message:
 "Data capture fail:MM/DD/YYYY On Hand:Y/N On Rent Inv:Y/N On Rent Contr:Y/N Accr Rev:Y/N"

•The Y/N flags in the message for each of the 4 capture types indicate which capture failed:

ON HAND = On hand from product and product location captured by (RSTU01)
 ON RENT INV = On rent from invoices captured by (RSTU02)
 ON RENT CONTR = On rent from contracts by (RSTU02)
 ACCR REV = Accrued revenue capture (dollar utilization) from contracts by (RSDU01)
