Reporting Sets
Reports Menu -> Reporting Sets Menu -> Reporting Sets
To facilitate sorting of data, reporting sets provide a method of organizing and reporting inventory utilization by specific product classes, groups, or products.
e.g. Sets can be established to collect usage information about certain air compressors that need to be analyzed, as opposed to all compressors in your fleet.
The inventory sets can be defined in Reporting Sets to be used in reports generated from:
Return On Investment Report Detail
Time Utilization Reporting
Dollar Utilization Reporting By Group
Daily Status Code Summary Report
Customer Revenue Report
Product Revenue Report
Product Value Override Report
Commissions Report by Type
Rental Age Report Capture
Product Availability Report
Rental Simulation Spreadsheet
Optionally, owners setup in Set ID Owners can also be assigned sets in Assign Sets to Owners so that the reports can be generated by Owner.
This allows your managers to customize their set selections, and to generate utilization reports reflecting only their own equipment responsibilities.
The prompts to create utilization sets are:

In 'Add' mode, enter a Set ID of up to 9 characters.
In 'Change' mode, enter an existing Set ID or select one from the Reporting Set Search window.
