Select Reporting Sets

Search window -> 'Reporting Set, ALL, or SEL' filter -> SEL option -> Select Reporting Sets

This selection screen can be used to view and define a list of Reporting Sets to be included in the report, based on the Owner.

The prompts are:

OWNER

Leave this field blank to specify a selection of Sets without choosing a specific Owner, or select an Owner from the drop-down list as setup in Set ID Owners.

Report Set List

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the number of sets selected.

SET

If no Owner was selected, then initially no sets will be listed.
 Enter the Sets or select them from the Reporting Set Search window.

If an Owner was selected, the Reporting Sets assigned to that owner are displayed with Set descriptions.
 Additional Sets may be added or deleted from the list for the purposes of this report.

Finished?

Click ACCEPT when the list of types to be included is complete.
