Set ID Owners

Reports Menu -> Reporting Sets Menu -> Set ID Owners

Optional Owners can be created with which to generate various inventory related reports.
 By using individual Owner IDs, your managers can further customize their set selections to repeatedly generate utilization reports reflecting only their own equipment responsibilities and interests.

For certain reports, the Owner can be selected in the reporting filter from the Reporting Set, ALL, or SEL window triggered when the SEL option is selected, as outlined in Selecting Reporting Sets.

The prompts to create Set owners are:

OWNER

Enter an owner name or ID of up to 9 characters.

DESCRIPTION

Enter the owner description.

Finished?

Multiple owners can be created.
 When the owners have been added, click ACCEPT to accept and exit.

Relevant product, class, and group sets set up in Reporting Sets, can then be associated with each Owner ID in Assign Sets to Owners.
