Sale Approval Quote Status Codes

Counter Menu -> Quotations Menu -> Sale Approval Quote Status Codes

This utility can be used to assign a Status Codes to the Sale Approval Quotes.
 The status of a Sale Approval Quote can be used to provide relevant information when controlling quotes using the approval feature as outlined in Sale Quotes Pending Approval.

A list of all sales quotes is displayed on the screen by quote # displaying the Status, Bill To Name and the quotation date.
 The resulting list does respect the operator Divisional Restricted Views.

The Status can be changed or added as desired.
 Window to view and select the status codes from the drop-down list.

ACTIONS:
 Additional actions provided by buttons on the Sale Approval Quote Status Codes screen include:

•Print the Quote Status Report:
 Click the REPORT button to generate a selected list of the Approval Quotes each with the associated status, as outlined in Quote Status Report.
